Pick up the phone. You are now equipped with scripts for talking to both Sellers and Buyers. Initially, allocate your call time 80% to sellers and 20% to buyers as the primary goal at this point is to get deals under contract. You can spend even more than 80% of your time with sellers if you wish…just don’t let it be less. Once you have a deal or deals under contract, these percentages will switch and the majority of your time will be spent talking to buyers to get the deal sold.
- If you are full time in real estate, hitting the phones is now your #1 priority.
- Whether it’s you or someone else, the key now is consistent phone time to get the momentum built so make it happen whatever it takes.
NOTE: Do Not proceed to Module 5 until you have a deal or deals under contract with paperwork in hand.
