Step 7 – Summary

Step Progress:

You now have a system in place for finding and then skip tracing your 250 Vacant House Leads. It is your job, as the owner of your business, to monitor this system so that it produces the leads your business needs. Remember, the goal is still 250 skip traced vacant house leads. You are free to go beyond that number but get to 250. Provide motivation when necessary. Make changes when necessary. Keep this lead gen system well-oiled and it will produce great leads for your business for a long time to come.

Once you have a skip tracer in place, move on to Module 4 (DO NOT go to Module 3B) where you’ll begin talking to both buyers and sellers. You’ll be talking to buyers first which will give your skip tracer a little time to do the research and find seller numbers.
