Log into FreedomSoft, go to the Marketing tab and click Cash Buyers. Once that opens up, enter your State and City and then click the gray Show Advanced button. Click the Date Range drop down and select 1-2 Years. Then click the green Search button.
- In the upper, right corner of the results page, you can toggle back and forth between and List and Map view. Use both to target buyers who have purchased in the area of your subject property.
- Select any buyers who have purchased near your subject property, export that list to CSV and get it to your VA for skip tracing.
