Pull out the Absentee Owner map you created in Module 3A or 3B. Locate the property that you have under contract on the map and then take note of every buyer who has purchased in the area.
- Get a copy of that map to your VA so they can begin to skip trace those buyers for phone numbers.
- Definitely target every buyer in the same zip code and then expand to about a 5-mile radius and skip trace those buyers as well.
- Do whatever it takes to have your VA put a rush on this research as you need to be calling these buyers ASAP.
