Module 5: Getting Deals Sold

 Module 5 is all about getting deals sold. This means the assumption is being made that you have at least 1 under contract. Congratulations, half of the process has been completed on your way to getting paid. What we’ll dial in now are ways to aggressively market your deal(s) to buyers in the area with the goal of getting them to the closing table.

TIME GOAL: Your goal with Module 5 is to now find a buyer for your deal(s) and get them to the closing table. This should be happening somewhere between weeks 5 and 8 from when you started. If you feel at all behind at this point, review the modules and steps where you feel you are behind and create a game plan to get back on track.
