As Rob mentioned in the video you watched in Module 1, leads will be fewer and farther between in higher priced markets so plan to be consistent in your efforts in order to get the momentum moving in the right direction. The upside is that it’s common for deals to pay more in these markets as opposed to lower priced markets.
TIME GOAL: Your goal is to have Module 3B completed within 5 weeks of your start date. Sooner if possible.
