Ok, there’s one more method of generating leads you’ll be implementing here in this Module. It will require a VA as well so you can use the one you’ve already hired. If they’re too busy, post another ad on UpWork.com to find a VA who can do simple online research. This method won’t require any special set of skills.
You’ll be having them send text messages using your FreedomSoft account to local landlords in your market of choice to see if they’re interested in selling. Watch the video below on how to get your FreedomSoft account set up and then how the method works.
You’ll need your VA to work 3 hours per week for you to generate these leads. One hour each on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Below is the set up video so watch that first.
Once your FreedomSoft account has been set up, send the training link below to your VA. This video will train them for you on what they’ll be doing. We recommend you watch it as well to be familiar with the process.
