- Go to upwork.com, set up a free account and then post a New Job.
- Remember to be brief and to the point.
- Find someone who already has skip tracing experience so they don’t need to be trained.
- Hire someone who also has access to skip tracing tools.
- Some well known skip tracing tools are LexisNexis, Intelius, TLO and PeopleSmart. There are others but these are the fairly common ones.
- Tell applicants to reply with both their experience level and tools so you can compare them side by side.
- Go through the replies to find 1-3 VAs who you believe can handle the job well for you and hire them.
