Module 3A is help you generate your first 250 Vacant House Leads in the Low Priced market you chose. You’ll do that by having Birddogs drive the zip codes and neighborhoods you point them towards to find vacant houses, verify the addresses, snap a quick photo and then email that info to a leads campaign that you’ll have set up in FreedomSoft so you can easily track them. All of the steps you’ll need are laid out in order below.
Birddogs, just so we’re on the same page, are local people that you’ll hire to drive on your behalf to find vacant house leads. This method is often referred to as “driving for dollars”.
If you were to ask, “What are the best leads I can generate to get paid the fastest,” the answer would be vacant leads. Vacant properties have the highest likelihood that the owner(s) are motivated to sell which is why we focus on them up front when working in Low Priced markets.
NOTE: FreedomSoft has a Vacant Houses finder so why not just use that? It’s a great question which is why we’re answering it now. Those leads, that come from the USPS certified vacant list, are good but the leads your birddogs will generate for you are even better. Nothing beats having physical eyes on a property to verify that it’s vacant. Follow the steps below and then once your birddogs have brought in at least 250 leads, the FreedomSoft tool can be used in addition.
